The different letter types
Tutaris sends a few different letters depending on what is happening. You do not have to remember them, here is what each one is.

- Introduction: the first letter, telling the resident their property is due.
- Appointment: confirms a booked visit and its date.
- Reminder: a nudge shortly before the visit.
- Contact request: a chase when we have not been able to book a visit.
- Follow-on works: sent when extra work is needed after a visit.
- Completion: confirms the work is done.
Most of these appear on their own at the right time. You print and post them all the same way (see Sending your letters).
The introduction and appointment letters are sent in escalating stages, a 1st, 2nd and 3rd attempt, each with its own wording so an unanswered letter is followed by a firmer one. In the Templates section these appear as separate Stage 1 / 2 / 3 templates.
